Nuelif Diagnostics provides diagnostic testing, sample collection, medical report delivery, and related health services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

Attend scheduled appointments on time or notify us of cancellations in advance.

3. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website, mobile app, or authorized representatives.
Payments must be made in full using our approved payment methods (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, debit/credit cards).
In case of payment failure or dispute, your booking may be canceled or delayed.
You agree to the pricing mentioned at the time of booking. Any changes to pricing will not affect already confirmed bookings.
4. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or tests conducted.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Report Delivery
Reports are typically delivered within the turnaround time mentioned at the time of booking.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment issues, holidays, or sample-related concerns).
Reports will be shared via email, SMS, or through your account on our platform.
6. Data Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement strong security measures to protect your data, including medical records and payment information.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our diagnostic reports are error-free. You are advised to consult a licensed physician for medical interpretation.

All content on our website and app (logos, text, graphics, etc.) is the property of Nuelif Diagnostics and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
